40 Neben seiner im Widerspruch zum Wortlaut des Urteils stehenden Behauptung, daß das Gericht eine Beeinträchtigung seiner Verteidigungsrechte festgestellt habe, macht der Rechtsmittelführer geltend, in einem so komplexen Fall wie dem vorliegenden reiche die Frist von fünf Tagen, über die er verfügt habe, nicht für eine eingehende Prüfung des Originals des Belegs für die Stornobuchung aus.
