10 Zur Begründung ihres Rechtsmittels beruft sich die Rechtsmittelführerin erstens auf einen Verstoß gegen den allgemeinen Grundsatz des Verfahrensrechts, wonach die Beweislast die Partei treffe, die eine Behauptung aufstelle oder eine Einrede erhebe, zweitens auf das Bestehen schwerwiegender dem Urteil innewohnender Mängel, drittens auf die mangelnde Begründung des Urteils, viertens auf die fehlerhafte Würdigung des Vorbringens der Rechtsmittelführerin in der ersten Instanz, fünftens auf Widersprüche in den Gründen des Urteils und sechstens auf verfahrensrechtliche und materiell-rechtliche Mängel des Urteils in bezug auf die Erfuellung der Verpflichtung zum diplomatischen Schutz durch die Kommission.
10 In support of its appeal, the appellant makes six pleas: (i) breach of the general principle of procedural law that the burden of proof is on the party which makes a contention or raises an objection; (ii) serious irregularities in the judgment; (iii) lack of reasons; (iv) errors in the assessment of the arguments raised by the appellant at first instance; (v) contradictions in the reasoning of the judgment; and (vi) irregularities in matters of procedure and in relation to the substance of the judgment as regards the Commission' s observance of its duty to maintain diplomatic protection.EurLex-2 EurLex-2
