201 In those circumstances, and taking into consideration the declaration made by the Court of Auditor' s representative before the Disciplinary Board to the effect that even a strict identity between the recorded accounting discrepancy and the amount of the two cheques would not make it possible to conclude with absolute certainty that the deficit in question resulted from the encashment of the two cheques, it must be held that the contested decision was quite properly entitled to consider as established that the absence of supporting documents was connected in this case to the encashment of the two cheques drawn on the Midland Bank.

THE EC WORKING GROUP DECIDES IN A DIRECT AND UNIFORM MANNER ON THE AMOUNT OF COMMISSION TO BE CHARGED OR RECEIVED BY BANKS FOR THE ENCASHMENT OF GUARANTEED CHEQUES DRAWN ON FOREIGN BANKS WITHIN THE EUROCHEQUE SYSTEM ( POINT 10 ) .
