Would it not be better if that pressure was alleviated by including all of those bodies in a free telephone line , which could then direct people to the relevant organisations , rather than every body listed in the glossary competing for their little bit of space ? Let us direct people all through one portal , both telephone and internet , because not all households have internet facilities , and not everybody will be motivated to use it to look for their energy advice
