But I would like to say to the honourable Member that, with regard to the impact assessment, the reality is that before preparing this proposal, the Commission gathered diverse information on the issue of the insurance conditions applicable in the different States of the Union by means of the European Civil Aviation Conference and third countries, including also all aspects relating to insurance associated with leasing contracts, the Commission has been actively monitoring the development of the insurance market, both at European level and at international level.
Pero quiero decirle a su Señoría que, en cuanto al informe de impacto, la realidad es que antes de preparar esta propuesta, la Comisión recabó diversa información sobre la cuestión de las condiciones de aseguramiento aplicables en los distintos Estados de la Unión a través de la Conferencia Europea de Aviación Civil y de terceros países, incluyendo también todo lo relativo a los seguros asociados a los contratos de leasing, de alquiler de aviones, la Comisión ha estado siguiendo de manera muy activa el desarrollo del mercado de seguros, tanto a nivel europeo como a nivel internacional.
