The genome size of 24pae112 (ST235) was 7'097.241pb, in which 12(0.2%) resistance genes were identified, and multiple MGEs included: five Tn6162-like transposons with aadB, two Tn402-like, One with aadA1 and one with blaOXA-2, and two Tn4401b each with blaKPC-2, seven genomic islands and six prophages. Conclusion: Resistance in the Pseudomonas aeruginosa ST235 clone is mainly due to the gain of multiple resistance genes through the acquisition of different genetic platforms (transposons, integrones, prophages and genomic islands), some of them in a model of "russian doll ".
