Whereas, according to the information communicated to the Commission, catches of cod in the waters of ICES divisions I, II b by vessels flying the flag of Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Sweden have reached the quota allocated for 1996,

Fishing for cod in the waters of ICES divisions I, II b by vessels flying the flag of Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Sweden or registered in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Sweden is prohibited, as well as the retention on board, the transhipment and the landing of such stock captured by the abovementioned vessels after the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
Kielletään Itävallan, Belgian, Tanskan, Suomen, Kreikan, Irlannin, Italian, Luxemburgin, Alankomaiden ja Ruotsin lipun alla purjehtivilta tai Itävallassa, Belgiassa, Tanskassa, Suomessa, Kreikassa, Irlannissa, Italiassa, Luxemburgissa, Alankomaissa ja Ruotsissa rekisteröidyiltä aluksilta turskan kalastus ICES-alueiden I ja II b vesillä sekä edellä mainittujen alusten tämän asetuksen voimaantulopäivän jälkeen pyytämän turskakannan hallussa pitäminen aluksessa sekä sen uudelleenlastaus ja purku.

9 Under Paragraph 2(1) of the Law on Compensation for Family Expenses (Familienlastenausgleichsgesetz) of 1967 (‘the FLAG’), persons who are permanently or habitually resident in Austria are entitled to family allowances in respect of their children.
9 Perhekustannusten korvaamisesta vuonna 1967 annetun lain (Familienlastenausgleichsgesetz, jäljempänä FLAG) 2 §:n 1 momentin mukaan oikeus perheavustuksiin lapsista on henkilöillä, joiden kotipaikka tai tavanomainen asuinpaikka on Itävallan alueella.
