Article 147 of the Agreement provides that the Parties shall examine, in the Association Committee in Trade configuration, on an appropriate reciprocal basis, the opportunities for granting each other further concessions with a view to improving liberalisation of trade in agricultural products, in particular those subject to tariff-rate quotas (TRQs).

Uzimajući u obzir opseg trgovine poljoprivrednim proizvodima i proizvodima ribarstva između stranaka, njihovu posebnu osjetljivost, pravila zajedničkih politika EU-a te politike poljoprivrede i ribarstva Kosova, ulogu poljoprivrede i ribarstva u gospodarstvu Kosova, kao i razvoj događaja u okviru WTO-a, Vijeće za stabilizaciju i pridruživanje najkasnije u roku od tri godine nakon stupanja na snagu ovog Sporazuma propisno i na uzajamnoj osnovi za svaki pojedinačni proizvod ispituje mogućnosti za odobravanje daljnjih uzajamnih koncesija s ciljem postizanja veće liberalizacije trgovine poljoprivrednim proizvodima i proizvodima ribarstva.

Uzimajući u obzir opseg trgovine poljoprivrednim proizvodima i proizvodima ribarstva među strankama, njihovu posebnu osjetljivost, pravila zajedničkih politika Zajednice te politike poljoprivrede i ribarstva Srbije i ulogu poljoprivrede i ribarstva u gospodarstvu Srbije te posljedice multilateralnih trgovinskih pregovora u okviru WTO-a, kao i moguće pristupanje Srbije WTO-u, Zajednica i Srbija unutar Privremenog odbora, najkasnije u roku od tri godine nakon stupanja na snagu ovog Sporazuma, za svaki pojedinačni proizvod, propisno i na uzajamnoj osnovi, ispitati mogućnosti za međusobno odobravanje daljnjih ustupaka s ciljem provođenja veće liberalizacije trgovine poljoprivrednim proizvodima i proizvodima ribarstva.

Uzimajući u obzir opseg trgovine poljoprivrednim proizvodima i proizvodima ribarstva među strankama, njihovu posebnu osjetljivost, pravila zajedničkih politika Zajednice te politike poljoprivrede i ribarstva Crne Gore i ulogu poljoprivrede i ribarstva u gospodarstvu Crne Gore te posljedice multilateralnih trgovinskih pregovora u okviru WTO-a, kao i moguće pristupanje Crne Gore WTO-u, Zajednica i Crna Gora unutar Vijeća za stabilizaciju i pridruživanje, najkasnije u roku od tri godine nakon stupanja na snagu ovog Sporazuma, za svaki pojedinačni proizvod, propisno i na uzajamnoj osnovi, ispitati mogućnosti za međusobno odobravanje daljnjih ustupaka s ciljem provođenja veće liberalizacije trgovine poljoprivrednim proizvodima i proizvodima ribarstva.

4.7The Committee stresses the importance of strong EU action to improve access to third-country public procurement markets on the basis of reciprocity and on an equal footing with domestic companies, including for businesses in the accession countries and the partner countries of the EU's neighbourhood policy; it advocates appropriate clauses to this end in bilateral and multilateral free trade agreements.
4.7Odbor ističe važnost snažnog djelovanja EU-a kako bi se u trećim zemljama, uključujući države pristupnice i države partnere u okviru europske politike susjedstva, omogućio pristup tržištima javne nabave na temelju uzajamnosti i pod jednakim uvjetima s nacionalnim poduzećima, uz razvijanje posebnih klauzula i u kontekstu bilateralnih i multilateralnih sporazuma o slobodnoj trgovini.

(13) In view of the need to adopt this Regulation before the day on which Union law ceases to apply to and in the United Kingdom pursuant to Articles 126 and 127 of the Withdrawal Agreement, and the need to provide for procedures for authorising sustainable fishing operations in United Kingdom and Union waters on the basis of reciprocity at the latest by that day, to avoid an abrupt discontinuation of fishing operations, it was considered to be appropriate to provide for an exception to the eight-week period referred to in Article 4 of Protocol No 1 on the role of national Parliaments in the Union, annexed to the TEU, to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and to the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community.
(13) S obzirom na potrebu donošenja ove Uredbe prije dana prestanka primjene prava Unije na Ujedinjenu Kraljevinu i u Ujedinjenoj Kraljevini na temelju članaka 126. i 127. Sporazuma o povlačenju te potrebu predviđanja, najkasnije do tog dana, postupaka za odobravanje održivih ribolovnih operacija u vodama Ujedinjene Kraljevine i vodama Unije na temelju reciprociteta kako bi se izbjegao nagli prekid ribolovnih operacija, smatralo se primjerenim predvidjeti iznimku od roka od osam tjedana iz članka 4. Protokola br. 1 o ulozi nacionalnih parlamenata u Uniji, priloženog Ugovoru o Europskoj uniji, Ugovor o funkcioniranju Europske unije i Ugovoru o osnivanju Europske zajednice za atomsku energiju.
