According to the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: collecting vegetable fiber from herbaceous and woody plants and cutting the fiber to a certain length; performing a 1st defibration on said cut vegetable fiber; washing said defibrated fiber in water and separating the fiber from impurities; mixing said separated fiber with water; removing residual impurities from the above fiber mixture and performing a 2nd defibration resulting in a mushy pulp; washing said mushy pulp with water again and separating the pulp from degraded impurities; making paper with a mixture of said pulp and adhesive dispersed in water and completing manufacture through dehydration, compression and drying.
본 발명에 따른 식물성 섬유를 이용한 종이제조방법은, 초본 식물 및 목본식물의 식물성 섬유소를 수득하여 절단하는 단계와; 상기절단된 식물성 섬유소를 1차 해섬하는 단계와; 상기 해섬된 섬유를 물에 세척하고, 불순물과 섬유를 분리하는 단계와; 상기분리된 섬유를 상기 다시 물과 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하는 단계와; 상기 혼합물의 섬유에 남아있는 잔여 불순물 등을 제거하고 2차 해섬하는 단계와; 상기 해섬된 펄프를 물로 다시 세척하고, 상기 분리된 펄프를 물속에 점제와 함께 넣고 잘 저어 일정한 농도로 혼합되게 분산시키는 단계와; 상기 물속에 분산된 펄프, 점제, 물의 혼합물을 종이를 뜨는 초지과정 및 탈수, 압착, 건조를 거쳐 종이를 완성시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
