As part of the evidence of its practical commitment to the Northern Ireland peace process and the administration of the newly created Northern Ireland Assembly, the Commission has approved the secondments of Mr Larkin, an official of grade A3, and Mr Logue, an official of grade A4, as special advisers to the Deputy First Minister in the Office of the First and Deputy First Ministers of the Northern Ireland Executive.

67 Thirdly, the applicants refer, first, to the fact that, at the time of the removal of his name from Annex III to Regulation No 314/2004 (see paragraph 12 above), the first applicant was still a Deputy Minister and that he continued to hold that office even after that removal and, secondly, to the fact that certain other Ministers or Deputy Ministers, members of the Government of Zimbabwe appointed in February 2009, were not subject to a comparable freezing of their assets.
67 In de derde plaats verwijzen verzoekers enerzijds naar het feit dat eerste verzoeker op het moment waarop zijn naam van bijlage III bij verordening nr. 314/2004 werd geschrapt (zie punt 12 hierboven), nog steeds onderminister was en die functie ook na die schrapping is blijven uitoefenen en, anderzijds, naar het feit dat aan bepaalde andere ministers of onderministers, die in februari 2009 tot leden van de regering van Zimbabwe zijn benoemd, geen soortgelijke bevriezing van hun tegoeden is opgelegd.
