The Social partners, including Government, the online industry, law enforcement agencies, child protection charities, businesses, employee representatives, NGOs including consumer organisations, and the public must work together to highlight the dangers and risks, whilst at the same time allowing young people to gain from the benefits of this revolutionary tool of socialising, learning and innovation
