103 As regards, more particularly, the impact of the measures in question on the economic interests of the applicants, the Court held in Case T-113/96 Dubois v Council and Commission [1998] ECR II-125, paragraphs 74 and 75, that, whilst the freedom to pursue a trade or profession forms part of the general principles of Community law, that principle does not constitute an unfettered prerogative, but must be viewed in the light of its social function.
103 Vad närmare bestämt avser de ifrågavarande åtgärdernas inverkan på sökandenas ekonomiska intressen har förstainstansrätten, i sin dom av den 29 januari 1998, i mål T-113/96, Dubois mot rådet och kommissionen (REG 1998, s.
