Ingredients: * 2 onions finely chopped * 2 tsp cornflower * 1 cup turkey juices from under cooked turkey * Turkey/chicken gravy granules (Yes, really!) Method: 1. Pour turkey fat into a saucepan, add onions and gently sauté for 8 minutes. 2. Add cornflower and stir in thoroughly. 3. Make up the gravy granuules stock and slowly pour 11⁄2 parts gravy stock into saucepan, stirring continuously. 4. Let it cook for 5 minutes then whisk (use an electric one if you have it) until smooth and glossy. 5. Transfer to hot jug for serving.
