2 Nämä pyynnöt on esitetty neljässä oikeusriidassa, joissa asianosaisina ovat yhtäältä Stefan Fahnenbrock asiassa C‐226/13, Holger Priestoph, Matteo Antonio Priestoph ja Pia Antonia Priestoph asiassa C‐245/13, Rudolf Reznicek asiassa C‐247/13 sekä Hans-Jürgen Kickler, Walther Wöhlk ja Zahnärztekammer Schleswig-Holstein Versorgungswerk asiassa C‐578/13 sekä toisaalta Kreikan valtio ja joissa on kyse kanteista, joilla vaaditaan joko korvausta hallintaoikeuden ja omaisuudensuojan loukkauksesta tai alkuperäisten erääntyneiden joukkovelkakirjojen sopimusperusteista täytäntöönpanoa taikka vahingonkorvausta.
