Sivuliikkeen tietojen muutosilmoitus, joka ei koske sivuliikkeen toiminnan suunniteltua lopettamista, on toimitettava, kun 3 artiklan 1 kohdan a ja b alakohdassa määritetyt tiedot, ei kuitenkaan 3 artiklan 2 kohdan d alakohdassa määritetyt tiedot, muuttuvat luottolaitoksen viimeksi tekemän ilmoituksen jälkeen tai, jos tietoja ei ole toimitettu, tämän asetuksen voimaantulon jälkeen.
