Euroopan komissio ja unionin ulkoasioiden ja turvallisuuspolitiikan korkea edustaja ovat antaneet kaksi yhteistä tiedonantoa[1] vastauksena EU:n naapurialueiden muutostilaan.
Two Joint Communications[1] from the European Commission and the High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy have been issued in response to the changing environment in the EU Neighbourhood.
