214 Samoin on katsottu, että hallinnon pitää huolenpitovelvollisuutensa ja hyvän hallinnon periaatteen nojalla yhtäältä pidättäytyä antamasta lehdistölle tietoja, jotka voivat vahingoittaa asianomaista virkamiestä, ja toisaalta toteuttaa kaikki tarvittavat toimenpiteet sen estämiseksi, että toimielimessä levitetään tietoja, jotka voivat olla virkamiehen kunniaa loukkaavia (ks. asia T-203/95 R, Connolly v. komissio, 12.12.1995, Kok. 1995, s. 214 Similarly, it has been held that, by virtue of its obligation to have due regard to the interests of officials and of the principle of sound administration, the administration must avoid giving the press information concerning disciplinary proceedings which might damage the official concerned and take all necessary measures to prevent any form of dissemination of information which might be defamatory of that official (see the order of the President of the Court of First Instance in Case T‐203/95 R Connolly v Commission [1995] ECR II‐2919, paragraph 35).EurLex-2 EurLex-2
