La Commission doit donc démontrer, par des éléments de fait ou une analyse des structures du marché pertinent, que l’entrée sur le marché aurait pu s’effectuer suffisamment rapidement pour que la menace d’une entrée potentielle pesât sur le comportement des participants au marché moyennant des coûts qui auraient été économiquement supportables (voir, en ce sens, arrêt E.ON Ruhrgas et E.ON/Commission, point 98 supra, EU:T:2012:332, points 106 et 114).
