U članku 6. stavku 3. točki (d) NAFO-ovih mjera očuvanja i provedbe, kako je proveden člankom 4. stavkom 2. Odstupajući od članka 14., plovilo koje sudjeluje u programu izbjegavanja usputnog ulova koji je STECF pozitivno ocijenio mjesečno smije iskrcati najviše 2 tone kostelja koji je već uginuo u trenutku kad se ribolovni alat povuče natrag na plovilo.
By derogation from Article 14, a vessel engaged in the by-catch avoidance programme that has been positively assessed by the STECF may land not more than 2 tonnes per month of picked dogfish that is dead at the moment when the fishing gear is hauled on board.
