18 Con la prima questione il giudice del rinvio chiede se l’articolo 2, lettera a), della direttiva 95/46 debba essere interpretato nel senso che un registro dell’orario di lavoro, come quello in discussione nel procedimento principale, che contiene l’indicazione dell’ora in cui ciascun lavoratore inizia e termina l’attività lavorativa, nonché le relative interruzioni o pause, rientra nella nozione di «dati personali» ai sensi della summenzionata disposizione.
