생선은 아니지만 홋카이도산 명물 중 하나로 눈이 녹은 후에 사냥을 해 4~6월 정도에 입하된다고 한다. 에조 사슴고기 아래는 앗케시 산의 뱅어, 오타루 산의 청어, 왓카나이 산의 활문어, 에리모 산 고둥, 근해 산 연어와 참치이다.
It is not a fish, but still a famous Hokkaido delicacy. Normally the deer is hunted after the snow melts between April and June. Going down the steps from the venison there is white fish from Akkeshi, herring from Otaru , fresh octopus from Wakanai, whelk from Erimo, salmon from the nearby sea, and tuna.
