According to the present invention, a chip substrate itself, on which optical devices are mounted, can be bent such that the chip substrate can be easily arranged in an area which requires formation of curvature of an electronic device, and direct electrode application to the chip substrate is made possible such that the chip substrate need not be mounted on a printed circuit board, thereby preventing any increase in thickness that would otherwise occur.
