The invention comprises: a hollow case (100) in which a supply roll (110) and a winding roll (120) are accommodated, and which is formed with an opening unit so that a guide tip (140) is protruded from an end; a connection belt (130) which is configured to allow the supply roll (110) and the winding roll (120) to be interlocked with each other, and is formed with a plurality of concave grooves on an outer side thereof; and reverse rotation prevention units (300) which are equipped on the case (100), and are inserted into the concave grooves.
