(8) De begunstigde ondernemingen voor de respectieve projecten zijn de nieuw opgerichte ondernemingen BBE en BBG, waarvan de ondernemingen BP-Amoco, Repsol, Iberdrola en EVE ("Ente Vasco de la Energía", een overheidsbedrijf van de Baskische regering) elk 25 % van het kapitaal in handen hebben.

(84) Ten aanzien van het BBE-project heeft de Commissie in overweging 77 geraamd dat hierdoor 21,2 indirecte arbeidsplaatsen zullen worden gecreëerd.
