1 Bij beschikking van 7 mei 1991, ingekomen ten Hove op 22 mei daaraanvolgend, heeft het Arbeitsgericht Bamberg (Kammer Coburg) krachtens artikel 177 EEG-Verdrag in zaak C-132/91 vier prejudiciële vragen gesteld over de uitlegging van de artikelen 3, lid 1, en 7 van richtlijn 77/187/EEG van de Raad van 14 februari 1977 inzake de onderlinge aanpassing van de wetgevingen der Lid-Staten betreffende het behoud van de rechten van de werknemers bij overgang van ondernemingen, vestigingen of onderdelen daarvan (PB 1977, L 61, blz. 26; hierna: "richtlijn").
