Opgemerkt zij evenwel, dat de verordening van de Commissie van voorzitters van de EGKS, anders dan de overeenkomstig de artikelen 189 EEG-Verdrag en 161 EGA-Verdrag vastgestelde verordening van 18 december 1961, blijkbaar niet in het Publikatieblad van de Europese Gemeenschappen is bekendgemaakt en evenmin op een andere wijze lijkt te zijn gepubliceerd .
However it must be noted that unlike this latter regulation, which was adopted pursuant to Articles 189 of the EEC Treaty and 161 of the EAEC Treaty, the regulation of the Committee of Presidents of the ECSC was apparently not published in the Official Journal of the European Communities and does not seem to me to have been published elsewhere .

2 Deze op artikel 31 EGA-Verdrag gebaseerde verordening bepaalt de procedure tot vaststelling van maximaal toelaatbare niveaus van radioactieve besmetting van levensmiddelen en diervoeders die op de markt mogen worden gebracht na een nucleair ongeval of ander stralingsgevaar dat tot significante besmetting van die levensmiddelen of diervoeders leidt of kan leiden.
2 That regulation, which is based on Article 31 of the EAEC Treaty, lays down the procedure for determining the maximum permitted levels of radioactive contamination of foodstuffs and feedingstuffs which may be placed on the market following a nuclear accident or any other case of radiological emergency which is likely to lead to or has led to significant radioactive contamination of foodstuffs and feedingstuffs.

Noch de Uniewetgever, noch de Commissie hebben het naar aanleiding daarvan noodzakelijk geacht om bepalingen van het EGA-Verdrag als rechtsgrondslag voor deze verordening toe te voegen.
Neither the EU legislature nor the Commission at that time considered it necessary to add the provisions of the EAEC Treaty as a legal basis for that regulation.

De in artikel 13 van Verordening nr . 32 ( EEG ) , nr . 12 ( EGA ) ( 1 ) bedoelde overbruggingstoelagen en stortingen zijn van belasting vrijgesteld .

Verder zijn de afzonderlijke Ambtenarenstatuten van de EGKS en de twee andere Gemeenschappen in 1968 vervangen door een "Statuut van de ambtenaren van de Europese Gemeenschappen", vastgesteld bij verordening ( EEG, EGA, EGKS ) nr . 259/68 van de Raad van 29 februari 1968; die verordening is in werking getreden op 5 maart 1968, daags na de bekendmaking ervan in het Publikatieblad van de Europese Gemeenschappen .
