24 Dienaangaande zij vastgesteld dat het begrip „exploitatie” in de zin van artikel 9, lid 1, tweede alinea, van richtlijn 2006/112, overeenkomstig de vereisten van het beginsel van neutraliteit van de btw, betrekking heeft op alle handelingen, ongeacht hun rechtsvorm, die bedoeld zijn om uit het betrokken goed duurzaam opbrengst te verkrijgen (zie in die zin arresten van 26 juni 2007, T‐Mobile Austria e.a., C‐284/04, EU:C:2007:381, punt 38, en 13 december 2007, Götz, EU:C:2007:789, punt 18).
24 In that regard, it is important to point out that, under the second subparagraph of Article 9(1) of Directive 2006/112, in accordance with the requirements of the principle of neutrality of the common system of value added tax, the term ‘exploitation’ refers to all transactions, whatever may be their legal form, by which it is sought to obtain income from the goods in question on a continuing basis (see, to that effect, judgments of 26 June 2007 in T-Mobile Austria and Others, C‐284/04, EU:C:2007:381, paragraph 38, and 13 December 2007 in Götz, EU:C:2007:789, paragraph 18).EurLex-2 EurLex-2
