In accordance with Article 4(1)(a) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2408/92 of 23 July 1992 on access for Community air carriers to intra-Community air routes, the Italian Government has decided to modify the public service obligation in respect of the scheduled air service between Pantelleria and Trapani which was published in Official Journal of the European Union C 112 of 12.5.2006 and amended in Official Journal of the European Union C 141 of 26.6.2007.
