Tot deze wijziging van kracht wordt, vallen regelingen inzake vergoedingen na uitdiensttreding en beloningsregelingen in de vorm van eigen-vermogensinstrumenten (SIC-12.6) buiten het toepassingsgebied van SIC 12.
