Alle luchtvaartexploitanten hebben de vijfstappenprocedure voor hercertificering doorlopen. Uiteindelijk zijn acht exploitanten (Linhas Aéreas de Moçambique LAM S.A., Moçambique Expresso SARL MEX, CFM-TTA S.A., Kaya Airlines Lda, CR Aviation, Coastal Aviation, CFA-Mozambique S.A., TTA SARL) nu volledig gecertificeerd.
