Voor de oppervlakten die zijn aangegeven voor de specifieke kwaliteitspremie voor durumtarwe als bedoeld in artikel 72 van Verordening (EG) nr. 1782/2003 en voor de toeslag voor durumtarwe en het specifieke steunbedrag als bedoeld in artikel 105 van die verordening geldt dat, indien een verschil wordt vastgesteld tussen de door de lidstaat bepaalde minimumhoeveelheid goedgekeurd zaad en de daadwerkelijk gebruikte hoeveelheid, voor de constatering van de oppervlakte de totale hoeveelheid goedgekeurd zaad waarvoor de landbouwer het bewijs heeft geleverd dat deze is gebruikt, wordt gedeeld door de minimumhoeveelheid goedgekeurd zaad per hectare die de lidstaat voor het betrokken productiegebied heeft bepaald.
