19 In zoverre benadrukt het feit dat de Uniewetgever voor het woord „kenmerk” heeft gekozen, dat de in die bepaling bedoelde tekens uitsluitend die zijn welke dienen tot aanduiding van een voor de betrokken kringen gemakkelijk herkenbare eigenschap van de waren of diensten waarvoor inschrijving is aangevraagd (zie in die zin arresten van 10 maart 2011, Agencja Wydawnicza Technopol/BHIM, C‐51/10 P, EU:C:2011:139, punt 50, en 10 juli 2014, BSH/BHIM, C‐126/13 P, niet gepubliceerd, EU:C:2014:2065, punt 21).
