33 Gelet op deze doelstelling wordt deze verplichting beperkt door de mogelijkheid, die de lidstaten in hun nationale rechtsorde moeten opnemen, om, wanneer de opsteller van de factuur het bewijs van zijn goede trouw levert of hij tijdig het gevaar voor verlies van belastinginkomsten geheel heeft uitgeschakeld, alle ten onrechte gefactureerde belasting te herzien (zie in die zin arrest Genius, reeds aangehaald, punt 18, en arresten van 19 september 2000, Schmeink & Cofreth en Strobel, C-454/98, Jurispr. blz. I-6973, punten 56-61 en 63, en 6 november 2003, Karageorgou e.a., C-78/02–C-80/02, Jurispr. blz. I-13295, punt 50).
33 Having regard to that objective, the aforesaid obligation is limited by the possibility, to be provided for by the Member States in their national legal systems, of correcting any tax improperly invoiced where the issuer of the invoice shows that he acted in good faith or where he has, in sufficient time, wholly eliminated the risk of any loss of tax revenue (see, to that effect, Genius, paragraph 18; Case C-454/98 Schmeink & Cofreth and Strobel [2000] ECR I-6973, paragraphs 56 to 61 and 63; and Joined Cases C-78/02 to C-80/02 Karageorgou and Others [2003] ECR I-13295, paragraph 50).EurLex-2 EurLex-2
