35 De door verzoekster aangevoerde beschikking Globe/Commissie, reeds aangehaald (punten 117 en 127), moet dus wijken voor de meer recente rechtspraak, in die zin dat in die beschikking was geoordeeld dat het verlies van een kans om een overheidsopdracht gegund te krijgen, moeilijk, zo niet onmogelijk, kon worden getaxeerd, zodat dit verlies als onherstelbaar moest worden gekwalificeerd.
