Bovendien komt een dergelijke handeling, zelfs indien zij als een levering van goederen in de zin van de Zesde richtlijn zou kunnen worden opgevat, niet in aanmerking voor vrijstelling van artikel 13, B, sub c, van de Zesde richtlijn, aangezien vrijstelling van deze handeling onverenigbaar zou zijn met het door deze bepaling beoogde doel, te weten het voorkomen van dubbele belasting, die in strijd is met het beginsel van belastingneutraliteit dat inherent is aan het gemeenschappelijk stelsel van de belasting over de toegevoegde waarde.
