61 Met betrekking tot, ten slotte, de door verzoeksters met inkoopcombinaties zoals Superunie en ICA/Hakon gesloten overeenkomsten dient er enerzijds op te worden gewezen dat verzoeksters niet betwisten dat deze overeenkomsten bindend waren voor de inkoopcombinaties die ze hadden ondertekend, en anderzijds dat voor het antwoord op de vraag of die overeenkomsten ook het aankoopgedrag van de leden van de inkoopcombinatie beïnvloedden, geen formeel onderzoek behoeft te worden verricht.
61 Finally, with regard to the agreements entered into between the applicants and central purchasing organisations such as Superunie and ICA/Hakon, it should be noted, first, that the applicants do not dispute that those agreements were binding on the purchasing organisations which had entered into them and, second, that the question as to whether the agreements also had an impact on the purchasing behaviour of their members does not depend on a formal analysis.
