Finally, as a rule of principle that may be derived from an all-inclusive interpretation of Article 6 of Regulation No 343/2003 and Article 24(2) of the Charter, I propose to the Court of Justice that the Member State responsible for examining a claim for asylum which has been the subject of a number of applications in various Members States should, in principle, be that where the most recent application has been lodged, since this most effectively ensures that the minor’s best interests receive the primary consideration which they in any event merit.EurLex-2 EurLex-2
