Huurder ziet erop toe dat in het Gehuurde geen licht ontvlambare of ontplofbare stoffen, gassen en gevaarlijke zaken (waaronder chemische bestrijdingsmiddelen en insecticiden), stankverspreidende stoffen, alsmede radioactieve bronnen tijdens de Huurperiode aanwezig zijn, tenzij hiervoor door RAI schriftelijk uitdrukkelijk toestemming is verleend.
The Hirer shall ensure that no easily flammable or explosive substances, gases or hazardous substances (including chemical pesticides and insecticides) or foul-smelling substances or radioactive sources are present in the Hired Premises during the Hire Period, unless RAI has given its express written permission for this.
