303 Hieruit volgt dat de uitwisseling van informatie tussen concurrenten in strijd kan zijn met de mededingingsregels wanneer zij de onzekerheid over de werking van de betrokken markt vermindert of wegneemt en daardoor de mededinging tussen ondernemingen beperkt (arrest Deere/Commissie, aangehaald in punt 301, punt 90; arrest Hof van 2 oktober 2003, Thyssen Stahl/Commissie, C-194/99 P, Jurispr. blz. I-10821, punt 81, en arrest T-Mobile Netherlands e.a., aangehaald in punt 297, punt 35).
303 It follows that the exchange of information between competitors is liable to be incompatible with the competition rules if it reduces or removes the degree of uncertainty as to the operation of the market in question, with the result that competition between undertakings is restricted (John Deere v Commission, paragraph 301 above, paragraph 90; Case C-194/99 P Thyssen Stahl v Commission [2003] ECR I-10821, paragraph 81; and T-Mobile Netherlands and Others, paragraph 297 above, paragraph 35).EurLex-2 EurLex-2
