In een zaak als die in het onderhavige hoofdgeding, dat wil zeggen een inzameling van elektronisch afval, ongeacht of die afvalstoffen al dan niet van uiteenlopende oorsprong zijn, verplicht artikel 6, lid 5, eerste streepje, van de verordening mijns inziens de kennisgever steeds, de bevoegde autoriteiten informatie te verstrekken met betrekking tot de aard van de onderdelen, materialen en stoffen die in het afval voorkomen.
Therefore, in a situation such as that at issue in the main proceedings, that is to say, the collection of waste from electronic equipment, regardless of whether the waste is from different sources or not, the first indent of Article 6(5) of the Regulation still, in my view, requires the notifier to give the competent authorities information on the nature of the components, materials and substances contained in the waste.
