(68) Om de mogelijke gevolgen van het vervallen van de geldende maatregelen te evalueren, werden de volgende factoren onderzocht: de situatie van de bedrijfstak die het vloeispaat produceert in de VRC, het gedrag van de Chinese exporteurs van vloeispaat in andere derde landen en de mogelijke gevolgen van de intrekking van de antidumpingmaatregelen voor de situatie van de bedrijfstak van de Gemeenschap.
(68) In order to assess the likely effect of the expiry of the measures in force, the following factors were examined: the situation of the fluorspar industry in the PRC, the behaviour of Chinese imports of fluorspar in other third countries and the likely consequences of the removal of the anti-dumping measures on the situation of the Community industry.

(18) In its preliminary considerations, (recital 23 of the provisional duty Regulation), the Commission assessed injury on data referring to the free market and concluded that the Community fluorspar industry had suffered material injury because of the effects of the dumped imports from the country concerned.

(7) As regards the definition of like product within the meaning of Article 2 (12) of the Basic Regulation, the Commission has established in recitals 10 and 11 of the provisional duty Regulation, that fluorspar originating in China, in South Africa - selected as a reference country - and in the European Community, has the same chemical and physical characteristics, the same final application and is fully interchangeable, irrespective of origin.
