35 Hoewel het Koninkrijk Spanje deze kwalificatie van het betrokken diploma en het betrokken beroep niet betwist, is het van mening dat, aangezien richtlijn 89/48 niet van toepassing is op de specialisatiediploma’s in de farmacie, er geen verplichting bestaat om aan staatsburgers van andere lidstaten toegang tot het beroep van ziekenhuisapotheker te verlenen.
35 Even though it does not dispute such a classification of the diploma and profession at issue, the Kingdom of Spain takes the view that, since Directive 89/98 does not apply to diplomas of specialisations in pharmacy, it is not obliged to provide for the option for nationals of other Member States to take up the profession of hospital pharmacist.

Het gaat dan om onderzoek van kwaliteit van zorg op korte en lange termijn, met name van kwaliteit van leven en van het beleid voor oudere patiënten met co-morbiditeit, voorts van het feitelijke medicijngebruik door kankerpatiënten voor en na hun diagnose door toedoen van een koppeling met het geneesmiddelgebruikersbestand van de ziekenhuisapothekers in het PHARMO-instituut uit Utrecht.
