31 Furthermore, it is apparent from the case-file submitted to the Court by the referring court that the suspension, under the second sentence of Paragraph 64e(1) and Paragraph 64e(5) of the BVG, and Paragraph 1 of the AuslVerV, of the benefits paid to Mrs Zablocka-Weyhermüller was attributable solely to the fact that she had taken up residence in Poland.
