Särskilt stod Tyskland fast vid sin ståndpunkt att den relevanta produktmarknaden bör anses utgöras av B-segmentet enligt Polk (och inte segmentet SUV-D enligt IHS Global Insight) och att den relevanta geografiska marknaden bör omfatta åtminstone EES-marknaden och den nordamerikanska marknaden (och inte bara EES-marknaden).
In particular, Germany maintained its view that the relevant product market should be defined as the POLK B segment (and not as the IHS Global Insight classification SUV-D), and that the geographic market should be defined as including at least the combined EEA and Northern American market (and not only the EEA market).
