Från och med den 1 januari 2024 ska medel som förs över till programmet och som inte har anslagits för ett transportinfrastrukturprojekt göras tillgängliga för alla medlemsstater som är berättigade till stöd från Sammanhållningsfonden för att finansiera transportinfrastrukturprojekt i enlighet med denna förordning , med prioritet för gränsöverskridande och felande länkar samt projekt i de yttersta randområdena .
