11 Förbundsrepubliken Tyskland har i sitt svaromål upplyst om att det kontrakt som har ingåtts av Bockhorns kommun om omhändertagande av kommunens avloppsvatten har sagts upp den 28 februari 2005. Kommissionen har därför i sin replik förklarat att den återkallar sin talan, inbegripet yrkandet om föreläggande av löpande vite, i denna del.
