超音波センサモジュールの取り付け装置および取付け方法は、車両のバンパー4に設けた貫通穴5の穴径より大きい径の鍔7を設けた超音波センサモジュール1と、前記バンパー4の裏面側に仮止めした前記超音波センサモジュールの前記鍔との係合部3bおよび該係合部より周方に延在し前記バンパー4の裏面に固定する大径固定部3cを有する固定リングプレート3を備えたもので、バンパー4の穴5に対する固定リングプレート3の位置合わせをする必要がなく、バンパー裏面に対し超音波センサモジュール1を容易に取り付けることができる。
