وتشملُ الجهاتُ الرئيسية المختصة بمكافحة الفساد، إلى جانب القضاة وأعضاء الضابطة العدلية، الهيئةَ الوطنية لمكافحة الفساد، والقطب القضائي المالي التابع للمحكمة الابتدائية بتونس العاصمة، واللجنة التونسية للتحاليل المالية التابعة للبنك المركزي التونسي.

The main competent bodies in the fight against corruption are, alongside members of the national legal service and staff of the criminal investigation department, the National Authority for Combating Corruption (INLCC), the Judicial and Financial Unit at Tunis Court of First Instance and the Tunisian Financial Analysis Committee (CTAF) at the Central Bank.

Los principales órganos competentes en la lucha contra la corrupción son, junto con los miembros del servicio jurídico nacional y el personal de la policía judicial, la Autoridad Nacional de Lucha contra la Corrupción (INLCC), la Dependencia Judicial y Financiera del Tribunal de Primera Instancia de Túnez y la Comisión Tunecina de Análisis Financiero (CTAF) del Banco Central.

Les principaux organes compétents dans la lutte contre la corruption sont, au côté des magistrats et du personnel de la police judiciaire, l’Instance nationale pour la lutte contre la corruption (INLCC), le Pôle judiciaire et financier au sein du Tribunal de première instance de Tunis ainsi que la Commission tunisienne des analyses financières (CTAF) auprès de la Banque centrale.

Основными компетентными органами, которые занимаются вопросами борьбы с коррупцией, являются, наряду с представителями Национальной юридической службы и сотрудниками Департамента уголовных расследований, Национальное управление по борьбе с коррупцией (НУБК), Отдел судебных и финансовых расследований при Суде первой инстанции Туниса и Тунисский комитет финансового анализа (ТКФА) при Центральном банке.
