The latter being disposed between the inlet valve (20) and the activation means (19) for shifting the inlet valve (20) from an open condition to a closed condition when activated by the activation means (19) at a predetermined maximum retardation level reached in the motor, and a secondary inertia member (51) arranged to maintain initially the inlet valve (20) in a partial flow condition and to accomplish shifting of the inlet valve (20) from the partial flow condition to the open condition at retardation magnitudes exceeding a predetermined threshold level, lower than the maximum retardation level, thereby providing a reduced motor speed and power output during an initial tightening stage.

Ce dernier est disposé entre le clapet d'admission (20) et le système d'activation (19), ceci de manière à pouvoir faire passer ledit clapet (20) d'une position ouverte en une position fermée lorsqu'il est activé par ledit système d'activation (19) au moment où l'on atteint dans le moteur un niveau de retard maximal prédéterminé. Un élément inertiel secondaire (51) va maintenir initialement le clapet d'admission (20) dans une position de débit partiel, puis faire passer ledit clapet (20) de la position de débit partiel en une position ouverte selon des magnitudes de retard qui dépassent un niveau seuil prédéterminé mais restent inférieures au niveau de retard maximal.
