Provided is a system for providing smart advertisement information which comprises: a mobile terminal which is operated in a card mode in an initial stage, is converted into a read mode by a mode conversion request, searches for identifier information to output the information, and receives advertising media data by tagging; a smart panel unit which is converted into the card mode from the read mode, that was operated at the initial stage, by the mode conversion request of said mobile terminal, outputs the received advertising media as multimedia, and delivers said advertising media as data if said mobile terminal performs the tagging; and an advertisement management server which searches for or generates, in real time, said advertising media by a request of said smart panel unit, and outputs and provides the advertising media together with a matched applet tag.

초기에 카드모드로 운용되고 모드전환 요청에 의하여 리드모드로 전환하며 식별자 정보를 검색하여 출력하고 광고용 매체의 데이터를 태깅으로 수신하는 이동단말; 상기 이동단말의 모드전환 요청에 의하여 초기에 운용되는 리드모드로부터 카드모드로 전환하고 수신된 광고용 매체를 멀티미디어로 출력하며 상기 이동단말이 태깅하면 상기 광고용 매체를 데이터로 송출하여 전달하는 스마트패널부; 및 상기 스마트패널부의 요청에 의하여 상기 광고용 매체를 검색하거나 실시간 생성하고 매칭되는 태그 애플릿과 함께 출력하여 제공하는 광고 매니지먼트 서버; 를 포함하는 스마트 광고 정보 제공 시스템을 제공한다.
